He is survived by his mother, Veronica Rodriguez; sisters, Kimberly Ramos (Steven) and Jennifer Garcia (Juan); cousin, Michelle Cortinas (David), who was like a sister to him; and his godmother, Rose Rangel (Estanislao). Richard was a beloved uncle to Steven Ramos, Jovani Ramos, Brandon Garcia, and Gabriella Garcia. His grandmother, Manuela Zapata, along with numerous friends and family members, will remember him fondly.
Richard was a man of many talents, but his passion for arts and crafts was unparalleled. Whether it was making keychains, bracelets, or exploring the intricacies of leather and woodwork, he found solace and joy in the creative process. He also had a fascination with reptiles that was well-known, and his pet bearded dragon, “Stormy”, was a testament to this love.
